Shipping
Shipments destined within the continental United States will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground, requiring 4 to 5 business days of travel time. Shipments destined outside the continental United States will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Express, requiring 5 to 9 business days of travel time. Heckler Design does not profit from shipping charges. We pass our discount shipping rates on to you.
Shipments destined outside the United States are subject to tariffs and import taxes. We collect these expenses at checkout and take responsibility for them during shipping.

Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly resolve it for you. Full refunds (less shipping, taxes, and tariffs) will be issued if merchandise is returned prepaid in its original condition within 30 days; otherwise a re-stocking fee may be charged.
Returns
If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. Full refunds (less shipping fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original packaging material, within 30 days; otherwise a restocking fee may be charged. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit to their credit card.
We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, for any item that you wish to return to us.
